Why the scan exists
Most AI programs start with a tool decision and a budget. That sequence is backwards. The reason agents break in production is almost never the model. It is that nobody wrote down how the work actually runs, which exceptions exist, and who owns the calls that a machine should never make.
The scan front-loads that work into two weeks and a fixed price. At the end you know whether the workflow is a candidate, what it would cost to deploy, and what return to expect. If the answer is that agents are the wrong solution for this workflow, we say so. That answer is worth the two weeks too.
The scan stands alone. There is no obligation to continue, and nothing in the deliverables is locked to us.
How the two weeks run
Week one: observe
We sit with the people doing the work. Interviews, screen shares, and a look at the real artifacts: the spreadsheets, the shared inbox, the group chat where approvals actually happen. We measure volume, cycle time, rework, and where the work waits.
Week two: classify and rank
We turn observation into structure. Exceptions get classified by cause and owner. Opportunities get ranked by volume, risk, and effort. Each one carries a rough business case, so the conversation is about return rather than enthusiasm.
What you get

What we need from you
An executive sponsor, access to the people who do the work, and read access to the systems the workflow touches. Roughly four to six hours of your team's time per week across the two weeks. We do the rest.
We do not need a data warehouse, a cleaned CRM, or an AI strategy document. The scan works on the operation as it is today, which is the only version that matters.
What happens after
